Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and ensure responsible service
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items or specials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the bar
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast POS
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines
