To be a successful Human Resources Coordinator you must become able to do the following always:
1. Source candidates using a variety of search methods and strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and stay current on recruitment trends and practices. Coordinate and attend college, career, and job fairs.
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing telephone screens. Exercise discretion and judgement to ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
3. Assist with the development of job postings, job descriptions and position requirements. Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs of the Company are met.
4. Coordinate job interviews and perform reference and background checks.
5. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
6. Management of accurate and complete employee records and oversee new hire paperwork ensuring compliance in documentation requirements.
7. Assist with HRIS maintenance, data entry, tracking, and reporting.
8. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
