To be a successful Program Supervisor you must be willing and become able to do the following always:
1. Ensure all Professional Success Coaches and Lead Professional Success coaches have the knowledge, skills and tools they need to be successful in their position
2. Provide supervisees with success focused supervision as outlined in policy.
3. Provide a safe environment for staff and youth to learn and grow.
4. Provide leadership within the cottage by organizing and overseeing daily operations of the milieu using a trauma informed approach focused on resilience and recovery.
5. Selection and training of Professional Success Coaches and Lead Professional Success coaches
6. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Employee Handbook and Department Guides
7. Achieve positive discharge outcomes for youth.
How you will spend your time in this job:
• 50% Success Focused Supervision of Staff
• 40% Provide leadership in organizing and overseeing daily operations of milieu
• 5% Participation in supervision, committees, agency-wide and staff meetings
• 5% On Call
