We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team and support our commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with all employment regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while promoting a supportive work culture.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and procedures, including maintaining up-to-date employee records and certifications.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Training & Development: Identify staff training needs, organize professional development opportunities, and foster career growth.
- Policy Management: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the school’s mission and values.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
