JOB OPPORTUNITY: Chiropractic Assistant with emphasis on providing in-house therapies.

At Embrace Life Chiropractic, we're seeking 1-2 highly organized and self-driven individuals to join our busy practice, and to also assist our Doctors in day-to-day administration of therapy. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you are responsible for creating an engaging experience for new patients, maintaining quality relationships with established patients, providing top-notch therapies, and going above and beyond to help our office reach new goals and milestones! You present the benefits of care in a warm and compassionate manner with the idea of quality customer experience. You are customer service oriented and have a desire and passion to help others with a sense of compassion. With your positive attitude, you answer questions and help in any other way you can. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cheerfully and energetically serves our current and potential patients in an extraordinary manner, so that our brand name and reputation will flourish with a HIGH priority on customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Provide administrative support to Doctors, including insurance preparation and filing, documenting within our EHR system
  • Scheduling, re-scheduling, calling, or messaging current and potential patients for appointments
  • Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette for customer service, sales, and objections
  • Demonstrates professional experience and maturity, with the ability to navigate any change in a calm, thoughtful, and positive way
  • Demonstrates personal initiative and works and makes decisions with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva, and social media platforms a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work, and comfortable with constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of medical office, therapy, or holistic office practices is a plus

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. We are looking for extremely motivated and highly-qualified, extroverted candidates. You must have a passion for health and wellness, and enjoy interacting with our practice members on a daily basis by: energetically greeting patients as they walk in, performing health evaluations or consultations, completing front desk work, providing in-house therapies, assisting in marketing and sales initiatives, insurance, and ensuring a smooth office-flow. Strong elements of phone etiquette and customer service skills are a must. Salary is commiserate with experience in customer service and prior work experience. There would be a preference for candidates who also have prior therapy experience, but not necessary. No Chiropractic Assistant experience is necessary, or even experience with a Chiropractic office. We will provide all on-the-job training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
