Customer Care Representative – Insurance Industry
Location: Midtown Manhattan West (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Care Representative with a strong insurance background to join our team in Midtown Manhattan West. This is a full-time, in-person role, and we are looking for qualified candidates only who can bring expertise and professionalism to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the insurance industry.
- Assist with policy management, renewals, and claims processing.
- Utilize Applied Epic (preferred) or similar agency management systems to maintain and update customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Full time salary begins at $50,000 per year.
Qualifications:
- Insurance industry experience required.
- Experience with Applied Epic preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time, in-person at our Midtown Manhattan West office.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
