- Conduct competitive research by enrolling in competitor insurance policies.
- Analyze and document the onboarding series from competitors, focusing on communication strategies and user experience.
- Evaluate competitor quote engines and homepage experiences for insights on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Assist in creating reports and presentations based on research findings.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to implement insights and improve internal processes.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with data analysis tools or customer feedback platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and conversion optimization strategies.
