Position Summary
Come join our team as a Customer Experience Intern. You will be an active member of STERIS Life Sciences supporting the Customer Experience Team. You will focus on revealing actionable insights from Customer Experience data as it relates to the total scope of the Customer. This project will utilize the feedback and Customer Experience data of our most prominent Customers and analyze how it relates to our Customer data from Inside Sales, Finance and Operations. You will be tasked with documenting the detailed requirements for the project, creating design mock-ups and working with the business analysts and stakeholders to refine a comprehensive view into the Customer's status.
