1. Commitment to claimant/plaintiff’s side litigation.
2. Strong writing and communication skills.
3. Willing to immediately start contributing to client matters, including propounding and responding to discovery, synopsizing depositions and production materials, drafting motions and briefs, attending evidentiary hearings, and taking and defending depositions.
4. Able to quickly spot issues and creative enough to solve them on the client's behalf.
5. Compelled to do outstanding work independently.
6. Committed to driving disputes to resolution.
