Facilities Director
Job Summary:
The Facilities Director will serve as the Primary Relationship Manager to the client. This position will be responsible for achieving/exceeding revenue and profit plan, maintaining and improving morale and retention. The Director will report to Vice President General Manager, EMCOR Facilities Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment with the client and EFS Management's overall objectives and performance measurements.
- Analyze monthly reports to ensure strategic alignment and optimal delivery of service.
- Responsible for establishing goals and performance criteria and measurement processes to proactively manage the business.
- Interface with vendors and clients in all matters of plant maintenance and repairs.
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planned maintenance, unplanned maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- A detailed understanding of Combined Heat and Power and Central Utility Plants, including startup, operations and maintenance of all installed equipment.
- Minimum of seven to ten plus years' experience at a senior level in the organization managing plant operations with significant revenue.
- Strong finance and analytical abilities.
- Good computer skills to include excel, power point, word, and PowerBI.
- Ability to lead a team to accomplish common goals and establish best practices.
