Job Title: Facilities Director
Job Summary:
The Facilities Director will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, reporting directly to the Vice President General Manager. This role is responsible for achieving revenue and profit goals, maintaining high morale, and implementing strategic direction in conjunction with the Vice President General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, managing site safety programs, and training subordinates.
- Align with client and EFS Management objectives, identifying best practices and performance metrics.
- Analyze monthly reports to ensure strategic alignment and optimal service delivery, meeting with clients and EFS management regularly.
- Establish performance criteria and measurement processes to manage the business, ensuring cost-effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy, and performance to business standards.
- Implement processes and technology to deliver quality services, creating a consistent operational image and producing a quality product in accordance with client and EFS standards.
- Interface with vendors and clients regarding plant maintenance, repairs, BOC equipment, and testing procedures.
- Manage CMMS, Fuel Management System, and New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Title V Operating Permit, including testing and reporting.
- Develop budgets and long-range financial planning with clients, managing site personnel, including hiring, training, discipline, etc.
- Represent EFS onsite, ensuring familiarity with company safety and environmental policies and practices.
- Perform administrative duties, including purchase orders, invoicing, payroll, and documentation.
