Job Requirements: We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Systems Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of Combined Heat and Power and Central Utility Plants, including startup, operations, and maintenance of all installed equipment. Additionally, the candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent comparable technical education, and/or five years of documented work-related experience.

- Ensures safe and efficient operation of installed plant equipment and systems
- Interfaces with vendors and clients regarding plant equipment, repairs, and testing procedures
- Utilizes the Fuel Management System for required testing and reporting
- Is familiar with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Title V Operating Permit, including testing and reporting
- Monitors Plant SCADA for Safe and Efficient Plant Operation
- Develops knowledge and skills required to operate and maintain installed equipment
