Essential Responsibilities
- Develop budgets and long-range financial plans with clients.
- Manage site personnel, including hiring, training, discipline, and quality control of plant and BOC systems and equipment.
- Must be familiar with and remain familiar with all aspects of the company's safety and environmental policies and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Combined Heat and Power and Central Utility Plants, including startup, operations, and maintenance of installed equipment.
