Responsibilities
- Serve as the Primary Relationship Manager to the client, ensuring all installed equipment and systems meet contract requirements and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic direction in conjunction with the Vice President, General Manager, and be accountable for implementation of client goals.
- Manage and implement Site Safety Program consistent with EFS master program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum seven to ten plus years' experience at a senior level in plant operations with revenue management.
- Detailed understanding of Combined Heat and Power and Central Utility Plants, including startup, operations, and maintenance of installed equipment.
- Ability to identify best practices within industry and apply across account scope.
