Job Summary
Havel is looking for an Operations Manager in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position, you will work with customers on Controls projects, project schedules, manage a group of electricians and software engineers for the projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customers on Controls projects and project schedules
- Manage a group of electricians and software engineers for the projects.
- Safety responsibility for the field in coordination with the Safety Team.
- Manage account relationships with existing customers.
- Must be organized and possess good time management skills to prioritize workload
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with HVACR systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in temperature controls
- OSHA Safety awareness
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Mathematical and financial skills
- Enjoy business development aspects of networking and attending industry events
- Strong understanding and interest in modern technologies
