Job Title: Regional Safety Manager

Job Summary: In this position you will be responsible for analyzing critical situations to determine safe and productive solutions to jobsites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extensive Travel by plane and auto
- Responsibility for large geographical area and sites within said area
- Knowledgeable of mechanical construction
- Good time management skills, Self-starter ability to manage oneself
- Experienced and qualified in safety training and instruction
- Effectively collaborate in a team environment
- Critically analyze situations to determine safe and productive solutions to jobsite situations
- Skilled at accident investigation
- Hazard identification and pre-task planning experience
- Site specific plan writing skills
- Ability to navigate multiple personality types on jobsites to inspire employees
Qualifications:
- Microsoft suite proficient
- 4 years safety on construction sites performing construction safety
- Skilled at safety auditing
- Great communication skills across the spectrum of a jobsite
- OSHA 500
- CHST preferred
