Your Role
As a Supervisor in Semiconductor Gas and Chemical Operations, you will lead a team of up to 10 technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include coordinating and supporting total gas and chemical operations, production scheduling, and serving as the main customer interface for all operations-related requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and develop a team of technicians to ensure flawless safety and quality execution.
- Drive 100% compliance with safety and quality standards, maintaining a safety-first culture with constant safety messages and communications.
- Coordinate and support gas and chemical operations, production scheduling, execution, and other related activities.
- Serve as the main customer contact for all operations and project activities, ensuring timely completion of all sustaining activities without interruptions.
- Train and certify technicians to attain the required level of competency in each skill area.
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance and conduct 8D investigations using the 8D problem-solving format.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of demonstrated supervisory experience in fast-paced gas/chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or related field.
- Working knowledge of gas and chemical systems and SEMI construction standards.
- Proficiency in MS applications such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Two years of experience in MAXIMO or related maintenance database systems. A 4-year degree in an engineering discipline is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Drives safety-first culture, ensures team follows required safety processes, and drives continuous improvement based on site needs and KPIs.
- Works as a team player with other department interactions and provides vacation relief in the absence of peers.
- Ensures seamless shift changeover and serves as the main customer contact for all operations and project activities.

Compressed work week 7:00 pm – 7:30 am Wed, Th, Fri, and every other Sat and as required for weekly and monthly meetings.
Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900
