- Email: Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Cashier: Calculate amounts due, collect payment, and document payments
- File management: Maintain organized files
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service, administration, or support in a dealership or auto repair setting is preferred
Additional duties
- Directing customers to the correct department
- Notifying the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
- Opening repair orders for incoming vehicles
- Documenting repair orders, invoices, and insurance claims
