Duties

- Must perform on-call duties as a caregiver once every month.

- Manage social media platforms to promote initiatives and engage with the community.
- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to enhance program visibility.
- Provide public speaking engagements to educate the community on relevant topics.
- Supervise volunteers during events and outreach activities, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Assist in addiction counseling efforts by providing resources and support to individuals in need.
- Support program development by identifying gaps in services and proposing new initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social work or public health is preferred.
- Must drive and have open availability
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis for program evaluation.
- Experience in supervising teams or volunteers is a plus.
- Excellent public speaking abilities with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies.
