Job Description:
As our Community Liaison, you will be the key ambassador for our company within the community, responsible for promoting our healthcare services to hospitals, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, businesses, and individuals. Your clinical experience will be instrumental in educating stakeholders on our offerings and establishing trust in the quality of our care. This role blends outreach, marketing, and community engagement while drawing on your healthcare expertise to strengthen relationships and grow our presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to market our healthcare services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and local businesses.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within these institutions and organizations.
- Utilize your clinical knowledge to create and deliver presentations that effectively educate healthcare professionals and community groups about our services and how they can benefit their patients, employees, and residents.
- Collaborate with marketing and healthcare teams to create targeted materials, campaigns, and promotions.
- Attend community events, networking meetings, and health fairs to represent the company and engage with potential clients and partners.
- Gather feedback and insights from community members and healthcare professionals to refine outreach strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and community needs to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
- Assist with the development and execution of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Report regularly on outreach activities, goals, and results to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Clinical background required (RN, LPN).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community outreach, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services, particularly in hospitals, skilled nursing, and long-term care facilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within the community to meet with potential clients and partners.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations, trends, and challenges is a plus.
