Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage residential and commercial contracting projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors to align on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, preferably in contracting or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a commitment to quality and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for successful client and team interactions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
