We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our executive team, facilitating their daily activities, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.Pay Range:
$1050 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations by organizing relevant materials and documentation.
- Handle correspondence by drafting emails, memos, and other communications as required.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
- Conduct research and compile reports for various projects and initiatives as directed by management.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
