Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within the office, creating a welcoming environment for guests, and supporting staff members in their daily activities.
$850 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
