Position Overview:

The Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
