Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously
- Manage office communications, including emails and faxes
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
