Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and maintain the front desk and reception area in a tidy and organized manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with office supply management, including ordering and restocking supplies
