Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the face of our organization and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and embodying our company’s values. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a busy reception area, handling incoming calls, and greeting visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
Pay Range:
$850 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling for meetings and conference rooms.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to enhance visitor experience.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a reception or customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
