Emerald Mountain Labs and its affiliate facility, Madhaus Labs, are home to over 50,000 sq ft of cultivation space in Warren, Michigan. Our rapidly growing facilities demand skilled and talented people to help us expand and increase efficiencies throughout front and back-end operations. We’re seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist responsible for assisting with inventory management, labeling, and coordinating transfer of product. The candidate of choice will report to our Post-Harvest Manager.
Commercial Experience Required
- Must be 21 , with a valid State ID, and able to pass additional background screening.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
Description / Duties:
- Ability to retain knowledge of labels and understand the components of compliance surrounding Metrc labeling.
- Strong understanding of CRA rules and regulations.
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
- Develop manifests on Metrc and schedule transport.
- Assistance to the Inventory Manager through regular auditing of physical inventory.
- Properly store packages in an organized fashion.
- Confirm orders are properly and legally packaged for transport.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Post-Harvest Manager, Manager of Compliance, and CEO.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience working with METRC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate skill level of Excel.
- Commercial cannabis experience - 1 year (preferred)
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail
- Always follow standard operating procedures in a safe and compliant manner.
- Highly organized.
- Must be experienced with LeafLink
