- Documentation Review: Examine documentation and records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and that they align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to quality control and performance metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement. Share findings with relevant teams and management.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with them.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances, and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Science) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a quality auditing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using audit and quality management tools and software.
