A leading chemical manufacturing company in Beachwood, OH is embarking on a multi-year IT transformation and is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity supporting strategic HR technology initiatives, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days onsite per week, and centers around functional project leadership rather than technical configuration.
What You'll Do:
- Lead full lifecycle HR technology projects with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors (migration, implementation, and onboarding upgrades).
- Act as the bridge between HR process owners and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, stakeholder communication, and resources across cross-functional teams.
- Support the development of PMO practices and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts.
- Work within multiple project methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience leading HR or IT projects, ideally within a global enterprise environment.
- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors projects, especially onboarding or migration initiatives.
- Background in HR, Business, or IT (Bachelor’s degree required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across HR and technical teams.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise and tools like Smartsheet a plus.
- PMP or other project management certification is a bonus.
