Project Manager - HCM Human Resources Process Project Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our client's team in Northeast Ohio on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in driving key HR technology projects, specifically the process mapping and project management of HCM and a new Onboarding 2.0 platform.
About the project as a: Project Manager - HCM Human Resources Process Project Manager
As a Human Resources Process Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in leading the HR process workflow and project management efforts for our client's HR technology portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, with a strong emphasis on the process, workflow and people management aspects of HR technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR project management, ensuring timely, scoped, and budgeted delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Manage the HR process workflow of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.
- Oversee the Project and process for Onboarding 2.0
- Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
- Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Estimate resource and participant needs for project goals.
- Manage project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and risks, developing contingency plans.
Qualifications Project Manager - HCM Human Resources Process Project Manager
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within HR processes and to a lesser extent technology implementations.
- Ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics & Planning, Employee Experience Management).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project commitments.
- Prior configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required.
- Must live in Northeast Ohio and be able to commute to the Eastern suburbs for in-office work.
- Must be a current US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Contract Duration:
Long-term, with specific project timelines tied to the SAP SuccessFactors and Onboarding 2.0 implementations.
