Company Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Project Manager to join our client's HR Technology team on a contract basis. This role is critical to overseeing and driving key projects, including the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and an Onboarding 2.0 platform.
Job Responsibilities for Project Manager, SAP SuccessFactors HCM Technology (Contract)
• Lead the project management efforts for our HR Technology portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Manage and drive the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, with an initial focus on modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management. Oversee the vendor selection and implementation process for Onboarding 2.0 starting in April.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications for Project Manager, SAP SuccessFactors HCM Technology (Contract)
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in HR technology implementations with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules:
o Employee Central
o Recruiting and Onboarding
o Performance & Goals
o Compensation
o Learning Management
o Succession & Development
o Workforce Analytics & Planning
o Employee Experience Management
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in vendor management, from selection through to project execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project commitments effectively.
• Prior configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus but not required.
Contract Duration: Long-term, with specific project timelines tied to the SAP SuccessFactors implementation and Onboarding 2.0 project.
