Job Description :
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet our production and distribution goals.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counting and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the transportation department to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and onboard new warehouse staff.
- Manage and update inventory records using Oracle and SAP software.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to meet operational goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance.
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and warehouse management.
