This firm represents Tribal governments, businesses, and citizens in critical litigation and regulation in the areas of Treaty rights, sovereignty, land rights, cultural property protection, personal injury, and many more. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, excellent proofreading and formatting skills, a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, and a deep commitment to assisting lawyers with Tribal, Indigenous, and civil rights litigation.
