DataED, an Emerald Technologies company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you will support accounts receivable functions within the department and collaborate with internal team members and external customers. Position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in managing our customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute invoices daily via ERP systems.
- Monitor and manage accounts on credit hold or watch status and conduct collection activities
- Process customer prepayments and manage order holds.
- Accurately receive and post payments via ACH, checks, or credit cards.
- Reconcile customer payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or related accounting role.
- Knowledge of ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
