FULL DESCRIPTION : Position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and excellent communication skills. You will play a critical role in managing our customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections. The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Generate and distribute invoices daily via ERP systems.-Monitor and manage accounts on credit hold or watch status and conduct collection activities-Process customer prepayments and manage order holds.-Accurately receive and post payments via ACH, checks, or credit cards.-Reconcile customer payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies. The selected candidate will also possess : -At least 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or related accounting role.-Knowledge of ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
