FULL DESCRIPTION : The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Cultivate long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, providing consultative solutions, and proactively addressing challenges.-Drive customer satisfaction and retention by leading regular business reviews, contract discussions, and performance assessments.-Work collaboratively across departments (sales, engineering, supply chain, production) to anticipate challenges and develop solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.-Serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth execution of new product introductions (NPI), production ramp-ups, and engineering changes.-Own the entire customer order lifecycle, from RFQs to production scheduling, risk mitigation, and final delivery.-Provide real-time status updates, leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
