Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Associate Coordinator to join its Saline Lectronics team! Daily activities may include PCB stuffing, masking, mechanical assembly, go no-go testing, component set up, machine operation, training assistance, team communication liaison, and in line inspection of work performed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of the Associate Coordinator:
- Work collectively with the Spider to make sure the areas have needed materials
- Setup and prep line stations for the Production Associates to ensure on-time start times
- Schedule jobs and Production Associates with the supervisor
- Maintain white boards with updated goals and actual numbers for tracking production
- Fills in for other production associates when needed (i.e. breaks, tasks)
- First piece inspections
- Certification of product
- Notify M.A. Supervisor of manufacturing issues
- Trainings for new and current production Associates
- Assist with production and Production Associate issues as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Associate Coordinator:
- Must be a team player and detailed oriented.
- Must be willing to learn new skills, have mature work habits, and good communication, including reading and writing skills. Demonstrates ability to follow written work instructions and coordinate directions to team members and management.
- Must be able to use assembly documentation to accurately assemble products, test, or organize components for use in the assembly process.
- Must be able to work with computers inputting data to manage labor times and material moves. Must be able to handle and work well with small components.
