Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, challenges, and goals to identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted industries and market segments through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and networking.
- Customized Solutions: Craft personalized approaches to address prospective clients' needs and challenges, positioning our products and services as ideal solutions.
- Sales Expertise: Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our offerings, addressing objections and guiding clients through the sales process.
- Market Insight: Provide valuable feedback on customer needs, competitive activities, and marketing trends to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals through proactive planning and execution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned while fostering a Safety-First culture.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3 years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 3 years of success in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and account management.
- Experience in the auto, truck, transportation, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proven ability to identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and drive sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Organizational excellence and teamwork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Base Salary Range: 65,000 - 85,000 annually
