We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and retail operations will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system while handling cash responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.
- Educate customers on responsible use and consumption of cannabis products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
