Emerest Health of PA is looking for an experienced and talented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and excited to work in an innovative environment at our dynamic and forward-looking home care agency. The Recruitment Specialist will play an important role in the development of recruitment strategies and ensuring a pipeline of strong candidates for our home care business. This role will will focus on recruiting caregivers, implementing recruiting plans, ad creation, interviewing and onboarding. In addition, other HR functions such as training, coaching or counseling as well as review of HR documents. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment where they will be able to utilize their exceptional communication, diplomatic, critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Onboard New Hires as needed
- Actively participate in developing recruitment strategies, interviewing and hiring caregivers.
- Assist with caregiver training and retention
