Emergeis a fast-growing staffing and recruiting company providing solutions for ourclients that build strong brand identity and increase revenue.We are seeking a bilingual (German, French, Russian or Arabic) Renewals Specialist (RS) - Software Security in the UK (remote) for this highly visible role toempower key customers to continue to transform their business and meet theirobjectives. You will be accountable for owning and implementing a portfolio ofrenewal contracts of security products assigned to the EMEAR territory across various customer accounts. The RS will work across many teams to drive renewals toon-time closure.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a pipelineof Client contracts coming up for renewals
- Buildrelationships with Client to assist in the adoption and renewals process
- Engage with Sales,Cyber Security Sales and Partners to identify requirements and uncover any roadblocksthat may impede a Client’s timely commitment to renew their contract
- Build quotes,review contract terms, and identify up-sell opportunities
- Create use caserecommendations and educate clients on relevant features and opportunities
- Support Sales inoverall negotiation to ensure Client’s timely commitment to renew theircontract
- Maintain andreport on a rolling 120 day forecast of renewals in assigned accounts
- Own regionalreports and provide ad hoc reporting as requested by Renewals Management
- Be a forwardthinker and communicate risks to various managers and other team members in atimely and clear manner
