What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Coordinator position at Emerge Pediatric Therapy?
The Client Relations Coordinators purpose is to enhance the lives of children and the families who love them by ensuring that the front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This employee will ensure that all clients who contact Emerge Pediatric Therapy feel supported and have a positive experience. Emerge is currently looking for a full time employee looking to grow their career within a local company!
Job Responsibilities:
- Opening and/or closing the office
- Handling incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person
- Complete client check in procedures and managing any rescheduling needs
- Make calls to fill schedules to ensure we can help as many children as possible
- Correspond with new clients and manage receipt of incoming intake forms
- Request and track client scripts for services, contacting physician offices as needed
- Monitor email and HIPAA portals and route appropriate information
- Making approved purchases for clinic needs
- General upkeep/organization of the clinic
- Assisting the Billing department with client insurance eligibility and authorizations
