What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Emerge Talent Cloud?
We are looking to add a Litigation Associate to our clients Dallas office. The Litigation practice group handles high-stakes litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe, maintaining a keen focus on their end goals, whether advising on regulatory and compliance issues or engaging in litigation where a business resolution cannot be achieved.
Qualifications:
1 - 5 years of litigation experience
