About the Role
As an associate, you will:
Handle complex litigation cases, including class actions, product liability, mass tort, and toxic tort matters.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
Collaborate with colleagues and experts to develop effective case strategies while maintaining a commitment to client service.
Participate in pro bono work and contribute to the firm's community-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (class of 2019–2021), with a focus on class actions, product liability, mass tort, or toxic tort litigation.
A strong academic record and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service.
Active membership in the California Bar (required).
