The Medicare Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence of FMO activities to all regulatory and compliance requirements. This position will report directly to the Compliance Lead and Compliance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a focus on Medicare
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with and leading teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all necessary compliance-related documents are submitted within deadlines.
- Help track and maintain records of regulatory filings and reports.
- Stay up to date with changes in Medicare Advantage regulations or industry standards
- Assist in preparing for external inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
- Provide the necessary documentation and information during audits or inspections.
