What You'll Do
- Handle complex consumer finance litigation matters
- Represent clients in cases involving FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in depositions and court appearances
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer finance litigation
- Active bar membership and good standing in California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Oklahoma (additional state admissions a plus)
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
