Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) and minimum 5 years of experience in a CNC Machining manufacturing environment. Proficiency with engineering concepts, standard work principles, and tools like Mini-Tab is necessary.
Familiarity with machining, including Mills, GD & T, AS9100, is required. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
