Emerge is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with our client, a leading manufacturer of precision-machined and finished products. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within the Aerospace and Industrial sectors, ensuring seamless execution from pre-quote and concurrent engineering through full production launch.
The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure all programs meet or exceed customer and internal commitments related to cost, timeline, and quality. This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager and serves as the primary interface between the company and its customers.
💰 Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Define key milestones and establish a structured product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Legal to drive successful program execution.
- Project Planning & Execution: Prioritize tasks, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making using a data-driven approach.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary customer liaison, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing program-related concerns.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine program management strategies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Forecasting & Order Management: Oversee customer portfolios, forecast planning, order processing, and quote formulation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report program progress, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering (or a related field) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Aerospace, Machining, or Power Generation industries preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
