A Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. They will utilize data to uncover growth opportunities throughout their book of business. Work as a liaise between customers and different departments of the company to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Teaming with all aspects of the customer's organization. Skills required to build relationships across an account include creative thinking, articulating a clear vision, and generating enthusiasm, to impact all business groups.Selling at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.Work with all appropriate Emerge resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, etc.) to support customer interests, and will understand how to strongly advocate for their customers and balance that with the business needs of Emerge. This includes dotted-line responsibility for downstream sales and technical resources.
